I took my puppy in this past weekend to see their vet and get her shots. I stopped by the grooming department on the way out. I asked them for a cut and trim her nails. They were supposed to call me back when ready (after 2 hours). I ended up calling them 2 & 1/2 hours later and they said to come pick her up in 30 minutes. When I went in, the lady told me to go pay first and then come back....

I really don't lilke this store at all. The employees are flat out rude. I was being rung up and the emplyees talked the entire time. I as so asked why the rescue cats aren't being kept there any more. The emplyee lied to me. There were signs all over near that area stating they woule be have dog training. I have nothing to do with the rescue group. I think it's a horrible thing to do. How can...
