Brought in our under warranty tire to be patched for a slow leak and to have the tires rotated. We get the keys back within the hour, which is unheard of at this location because they usually take forever.

By far the WORST experience that I have had with an auto shop. I wasted two weekends there trying to get my vehicle inspected. After the first weekend, and all day wait I was informed that the vehicle didn't pass inspection. These people don't like to honor their warranties. I had a horrible experience with this location and despite the negative reviews I've heard from people about Pep Boys in general I took my car there. Never again. Don't make the same mistake as me.
