We will definitely be back! The farm-to-fork recipes were beyond delicious! The brunch menu was sophisticated yet apt to please any guest (even one with a picky palate!). Even the roasted tomato salad dressing was mind-blowing! All of the little extra touches made it that much more special. The brunch is definitely worth the price...so come with an appetite and prepare to be wowed.

The food was superb with excellent presentation. Service was on the mark. Fine surroundings. Possibility of outdoor dining but hot weather didn't permit. For fine French food the bill was as expected, included wine appetizer dessert and coffee. The carrot cake was a highlight.

The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. There were 4 of us and we had 3 different meals. Every one of us was more than satisfied with our choice! Really Excellent meal. Leave your past experiences behind! We tried Pearl several years ago and the food was okay. We left hungry because of tiny portions. The New Pearl Bistro is awesome. The service was great- friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The curried mussels were amazing and the french onion soup was out of this world yummy!

We really enjoyed the Crab cake sandwiches that we had. They were a little small with the portions on the sweet potato fries. (more like a child's portion). The taste of the food was delicious! I've worked in restaurants and food for the last 14 years. I've learned how to spot quality and notice when corners are cut. Pearl is a gem, particularly given the area. It's a bit pricey for lunch but for a special occasion it's a wonderful place to visit. Monday and Thursday are hot chicken salad day, this is my FAVORITE. The frozen fruit pudding side is out of this world. Staff is also very nice.

Very good lunch

Had the Cuban sandwich. Pork, pickles and spicy mayo. Also came with hot fries. Sweet tea was just the way it is supposed to be. Waitress also brought a sample of their hot chicken salad, it also was tasty. The only down side was they do not serve alcohol.

I use to eat their sandwiches when they first got started going to corporate buildings with a basket of goodies. Now this place is always busy. We went with another couple. The service was good but the sandwiches were okay. Kind of favorless from the beginning. Sandwiches such as chicken were sandwich package meats not fresh chicken. Okay if you...

Friend went there for lunch today and left $5.00 tip for $30 meal, owner had nerve to ask her if that was all she was going to give!! The nerve of her, if it was me I would NEVER go there again!!!!

Bell of a Good Breakfast. This comes with my 100th local review of restaurants and I have to say, our new great find is the Lunch Bell located in City Center of Oyster Point. This establishment was an US keyword search (breakfast) for NPN. This beautiful location is complimented with the 31 years of service of the family owned Lunch Bell that has flair for the hospitality of service and great...

Food that Touches the Soul. I love the Lunch Bell! Whenever a family member comes to visit, of course we try other restaurants but this is the one place we ALWAYS stop by. I often found myself here when I was in need of a hug, the food just has that effect where you look at it and sink your teeth into the first bite and it just brings you to a familiar place in your memory that the stress of...

Best Mexican in Newport News. Salsa's has consistently good food and great drinks. I took my dad here recently. He ordered the chimichangas and ate everything on his plate. I have never seen him do that! The place stays busy and can get pretty loud, but no louder than the Plaza Aztecas.

My Favorite Mexican Place. This is my favorite Mexican place. The seafood is very good and the menu is not that of a typical Mexican menu. The Fajitas for 2 is a great deal. If you are in Newport News it is a must try.

MAGNIFIQUE!. To say anything less than perfect about Pearl and Chef Ihsan Korkmaz would be detrimental to the craft! Chef only delivers quality from his kitchen and is accomadating to all types of palates. If you are looking for your average cuisine at an average price then you are looking in the wrong place; however, if you are looking for exquisite fare, wonderful atmosphere, friendly and...

Fabulous food!!! Wonderful experience!!! My bf and I are on a vacation and he got a restaurant.com coupon ($25 off when you order 2 entrees) so we went there tonight. We extremely satisfied with our…

Creative choices well executed. I like the chef's creativity in his menu. Everything I've tasted was very well prepared. This is not "middle of the road" dining. The wine list is excellent.

A Soft OK. Haven't been to the location enough to merit a DON'T LIKE... but boring. How can Tex-Mex food have no flavor? Had a lunch chicken fajita but you might have served me plain boiled chicken because there was just no pop, no zing, nothing. I don't like to drown foods in sauces to heighten flavor that is supposed to be there. Don't get me wrong; the presentations were nice, food color was...

Lunch in a Busy World Kudzu

This long time lunch-only establishment has found a new home in City Center. They specifically cater to a business professional crowd, so you can expect a good lunch- fast.

A Local Favorite Kudzu

I've eaten here a lot as it is a favorite with the folks in my office. The menu has some old fashioned favorites and many items taste homemade. However, I think the menu needs more variety. Some of the...

Family Owned Kudzu

The lunchbell has good food but seems to appeal more to the "golden years" set. Even the menu selections feel geared in that direction. The owners are very friendly. The prices seem a bit high too.

Food was homemade Kudzu

The service was great. The food is good. I thought the prices a bit high for the amount of food. It was easy to find parking and also you get seated quick if you get there at 11:00 for lunch.
