DO NOT use this service EVER. I would give them no stars if I could. They are super rude, unreliable, and just plain awful. Called for a cab to the airport and was told 10 mins. 35 mins later still no cab. Called the office and the very rude dispatcher told me to call another cab. I did. Tunnel Taxi who was there in less than 10 mins. They are sooooo much better. Use them!!

sorry for your experience with us, i spoke with the dispatcher about your complaint, he stated that he tried to call your phone number to let you know the taxi was waiting outside your address but it went to voicemail, he left a message for you, we never got a call back so after 10 mins the driver left, when you called us back at 430 we sent the driver back for you, as far as the...
very honest service, I left my wallet on the rear seat and when I called back about an hour later to see if they found it, and guess what it was turned in by the driver and nothing was missing, thumbs up.
I want to share the wonderful experience that i had with patriot taxi, i took a taxi to the black falcon terminal in boston, the axi driver was so pleasant and funny, we were a little nervous about our trip, but the driver made us feel very comfortable and before we knew it we were at our destination, way to go patriot taxi, thanks again for great ride, we will tell our freinds about you.
hello, I just moved to revere ma, I don't have a car and I needed a taxi service to take me around town, I went online for a taxi service in revere, I noticed that patriot taxi had a lot of great reviews, I tried their services and I can tell you that they are a awesome taxi company, i'm not in any hurry to buy a car.
my family was in town for a visit & we called patriot taxi for a ride into boston, the driver was awesome and the taxi was really clean, my family was impressed, thumbs up.

the city of revere should force all taxi's to operate like patriot taxi, i have taken them all, patriot is the best company by far.
there are alot of patriot taxi wannabe's, they all try to copy them but they can't, there is only one patriot taxi and they are a 1 of a kind of taxi service.
Very poorly ran company. I stayed at the Comfort in and had a conference in Brockton i called the night before for a time call for 415 am. The dispatcher told me all set. Come 415 no cab. Waited till 445 then cab came. Was over charged bigtime. I was charged $150 and i know i was over charged cause i called another company from Revere called Yellow Cab.
