I always get great service. The trick is to talk to them like they are people too. They are so nice here. They don't want you to wait long for your balloons so they always tell you about placing...

I love going here for parties and for holiday decorations. The prices are good the staff is nice. A huge selection and most things are kept in stock all the time. They also do great ballons.

Cheap cards Kudzu

THis factory use to have great prices on cards but they recently left the vitginia ebach area. NOt worth traveling any farther than a local store.

Now that this is the only Factory Card Outlet left it's not worth traveling all the way to Newport News. The prices aren't anything great compared to other party stores.
