Ordered a steak & arugula sandwich through drive thru, turns out the sandwich was cold and the majority of the steak was raw. 0/10 would trust ordering at this location again.

While the experience was superior to the Pembroke location, I do think the customers in the restaurant should receive the same, swift service as those utilizing the drive-through. This particular location is always out of everything. This is my 4th visit and once again...no bread. Its a bread store! My fault though. Blame it on laziness in not feeling like driving to Town Center. Another thing about this location be prepared for longer wait times while the staff goofs off (although they are amusing and friendly to the customers. I guess there's that)

This is the 3rd time that I have ordered online from this location for my small business staff and they have never delivered a correct order! This time it was the chicken cobb salads with no chicken. This location should receive 0 stars until they fix their management oversight.
