HORRIBLE YP.com

I took my laptop here, they told me 3-5 days and quoted me a rough price but PROMISED to call me before doing the work to it. They said that it was standard practice to look it over then call with a final price BEFORE doing the work. They had it for almost 3 months. Everytime I would call or go in, they would tell me that the owner or the tech that was working on it wasn't in. Their story kept...
