We have tried both of the major Segway Tour companies in Richmond, and although both were positive experience, River City Segs has more complete pre-trip training and an indoor practice course to prepare you for a fun and safe tour. I did a tour with my family back in July. This is hands down the coolest way to see the city. Our guide Jeff was an awesome dude and knew so much about the city's history that I was not aware of even after spending 25 years there.
