Dr. Kwann was amazing! I was referred to her to have a polyp removed from my cervix. She always smiled and made me feel very comfortable. She was very proud of her work afterwards. Unprofessional and rude are the first two words that come to mind when asked to describe my experience with Dr. F. Kwan. She needs to practice her bedside manner and learn how to follow-up with her patients, especially after prescribing the WRONG MEDICATION! She could have risked my life, but preferred to send me a bill instead of calling to see if I was okay. Stay away from this doctor!
