I am always satisfied with the care I receive from this provider and the staff. I have been a patient for maybe 10 years. Dr.Cauthen is proficient, patient and has a very calming demeanor. I would definitely recommend this provider.

as usually everyone is exceptionally polite and friendly. They are always smiling and very professional. They have proven that you can be professional and kind at the same time. Not like some professionals I have encountered.

wait times to see Dr. Cauthen are a little long sometimes, but overall the staff is very friendly curtious and make you feel like you are part of the family.

Interacting with other patients while waiting for the doctor, made the time go much faster, and the wait time did not seem long. I know I complain about the wait time like others but I will not leave this wonderful doctor for anything. She and her staff are the very professional and very friendly. It makes you feel like your are personally important to them. I know they treat other patients...

Two hours to get my pressure checked. Not good. The most pleasant experience was finally sitting in the chair and chatting with the doctor who is always pleasant. Only thing that makes the wait somewhat tolerable!

Dr. Cauthen is Wonderful, she professional and know what she is doing. The nurse, secretary, receptionist and assistants are all kind, professional, and efficient in their jobs. Would really refer anyone to se Dr. Cauthen. The only thing that is not cool is the wait time. However, they are very considerate and compassionate to your concern.

I have only been seen once and was referred by a friend, The office staff could smile more when greeting a new patient.The actual Doc was quite nice and professional. I would recommend her to a friend.

Dr. Cauthen and her staff is excellent. She has a very caring bedside manner and is a great physician. Her staff is helpful with insurance questions. I love this office and would refer to family and friends.

My glasses were picked for me & I love them! They look like black marble, really pretty! You seem to get better quality in Virginia Beach than you do in Norfolk because these glasses don't & haven't irritated my face in these four months at all. See Rekita Nelson-Brown in the Virginia Beach office 828 Healthy Way!

Excellent service from check-in to check-out. As well as being highly skilled, Dr. Sherrill possesses a wealth of knowledge and is very patient oriented. The Norfolk office was out of the way for me but now that they operate out of the new facilities on Princess Anne (near the farmers market) I will happily go there.
