I bought some shoes online with them and they didnt fit well so i used their return shipping label that came with my receipt, i then did a live chat with them to ensure that they had indeed received the shoes and that the credit would go back to the credit card that had been used to purchase said items, and they assured me that the credit had been put back to the credit card. Next thing i know i get a gift card in the mail for the amount due, i did another live chat with their customer service and they claim that they sent a gift card assuming the original order was a gift, so hopefully i get the amount due to my credit card soon. This is my first visit to a Nordstrom's cafe and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh with a great selection and everything was diplayed, so I could order "with my eyes"!
