Sorry to say that New Hope lied to me about my husband's results to try to make more money. Jones Institute is a much better choice.

It doesn't get better than Dr. Perez (or Kenya or Taneisha). Everyone else is also wonderful, but I had the pleasure of working with these three on this visit. :)

I absolutely love the NHC. Staff is incredible. Even when there is a delay, they are thoughtful and provide updates. They treat you with the utmost respect, even when delivering bad news. The nurses are so nice and gentle! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It feels good to walk into a doctor's office and the receptionist greets you by your name before you check in and I have only been going there since March.

Dr.Robin is so gentle and caring. She takes time with the patients to make sure they understand everything she talks to them about. She even gave me a hug before I left. I needed that hug.

Try to go to other reproductive clinics. New Hope's treatments are way more expensive. It's not worth the service they give.

I love going and seeing everyone. They treat me and my husband like family. However, I have not enjoyed the daily phone calls this week asking for money. I've been seeing Dr. Robin since December and never have I had this problem till this week. I'm making payments on my account and I have insurance that covers the majority of it. The added stress doesn't help when one is trying to get pregnant.

There is no doubt about Dr. Robin and Dr. Perez's great expertise. The customer service has to be reviewed thoroughly since it is really low and gets frustrating when you can not get people to return calls or find answers to legitimate questions. They're working on getting me pregnant and the process has been going pretty smooth. Everyone is nice and courteous and my doctor has a lot of enthusiasm. That really makes me feel comfortable.

The doctors are great but the customer service is truly poor. I have to check my hormone levels once a month. I went in on a Monday and scheduled the appointment for the appropriate blood work. I initially made an appointment to find out if we can have our embryo shipped from overseas to your clinic, I was able to meet Dr. Robin who is very nice, we discussed the procedure, but nobody has been able to answer my question If shipping our embryo to your office is possible. I was misdiagnosed. Went a mile down the street and had a laparoscopy done that fixed health problems as well as miscarriage issues. Staying at Hope could have cost me more money, more losses, and possibly my life! Sad. They are so focused on making money they don't stop to really look at the patient.
