Warm and friendly - I love how Sue and Ed look out for me by shopping for low rates. I especially love the lobby where I was treated to snacks and a soda. I was tired of paying for fees everytime I made a change or made a payment. ***I love that Neser Insurance doesn't charge any agency fees. I will be back!
