Staff was extremely efficient and friendly! They came out on the weekend and didn't charge any extra fees. I went to them because they had great rates, but I was blown away with the excellent service!! I would recommend them to a friend!

I recently had a problem with my furnace, so I called several companies for service. Neighborhood Specialists had the best prices and fixed my furnace, while another company told me it needed to be replaced! With this economy, I couldn't afford to replace my furnace. My air conditioning was having ongoing cooling problems. I went through atleast seven or eight companies till I found this one and it was well worth the wait. Ever since they repaired my unit, its been cooling better than ever and has lowered my electric bill. The technician was very nice, prices were very fair, and most importantly very professional work.
