Too expensive. I asked for an estimate to have minor work done to a rental property and they charge $150 just to go out and $45 each additional hour (not including parts). For work that should take no more than 3-4 hours they quoted $500.

Refused to give an estimate for required repairs involving a real estate closing?? Go figure! Couldn't give a reason why they wouldn't do repair work just because it is a real estate closing related repair. Repair is repair. I can understand questioning how the payment is going to be made, but the answer was, no just because!!!

My experience with Mr. Handyman was excellent. The person who came to my home was knowledgeable and proficient in everything I requested. Everything was done with the utmost care for my belongings, and I was asked if there were more things I needed done. My only complaint was I was charged by the hour (and a lot by the hour) and I felt like there were a couple of times they were moving...
