I went with Anderson as he is horrible hair designer. He doesn't know what he is doing and was busy with others in chit chatting and didn't even paid attention to my hair cut. He didn't even did proper blow dry as well as when I said no for length cutting still he did that..please save ur self and don't go to this guy at all..I have wasted my money..I don't suggest anyone to go here
The staff are not upfront at all about how much extra services cost. I ended up getting charged for a service I had specifically declined and the front desk was no help at all. I will never return to this salon.

I called today to cancel my appointment and since I scheduled it online, I had to pay ahead. I asked if the money could be refunded back to my card and the receptionist acted like this was a huge inconvenience. Yes, how dare I want my money back for a service I haven't even used?! I hope she was just new and will eventually gain the customer service skills that she obviously needs.

My Brazilian was really bad. It didn't hurt it was well done but when I went back to work and looked at it, there were hairs that were clearly visible to my naked eye. Joy has been my stylist for years and I'm always happy with her talent and services. From the first time several years until now, every appointment and service is beyond wonderful! I have even taken my teenage son a few times for his haircuts and he is always happy with the results. As long as Joy is there I'll always be a Zoe client!

Anderson does amazing work! I've been a client of his for many years now and the service he Provides is amazing. He reads my hair so well and I have always been thrilled with the results. Additionally the salon environment is pleasant and I always feel welcome by everyone there weather they are a receptionist, stylist or other technician.

The woman who did my bikini wax was very nice, so I hate to submit a negative review. But I paid $54 (tip included) for the worst wax I've ever received. My bikini line is full of in-grown hairs and the area already needs to be waxed again. Would love a refund.

Though you charged them the price of men's haircuts because they were over 8, I feel the hairdresser cut them like kids anyway. One of them was not even shampooed and I didn't know about it

I had my haircut w/ Joy, this is my 3rd visit with her. She always gives the best haircut. I walked around the mall afterwards and got a great compliment on it, i gave them Joy's name! My daughter is looking to getting her haircut w/ Joy in a few weeks. Highly recommend her and the salon.

Tyson's salon is very friendly and polite.
Received a prenatal massage. Even though there are limitations since I am pregnant, it was very relaxing and I was made very comfortable. The price is a bit high but in the end it is worth it.
Anderson does great work as always.
Natalie does a fantastic job. She makes suggestions to see if I want to try something new and listens to and addresses concerns with hair (such as greying, dryness, etc.). Prices are also affordable. Haven't tried their spa yet.

I LOVE ZOE. All the stylists are great, and they're all very friendly and chatty, which I think makes getting your hair done wayyy less awkward. It's also really spacious with pleasant, modern decor. It looks clean and not like anything on Tabithas Salon Takeover. When I went this past Friday a woman came in the same time as me as a walk-in for cut and color and they took her in almost immediately as well, which would appear to me that the salon is more than walk-in friendly!
