Very professional, skilled technicians. Technician spent several hours in our attic troubleshooting the AC unit with outside temperatures in the upper 90's; attic temperature in the 100's. Got the unit up and running shortly after diagnosing the problem. Never complained about the heat!
Installers arrived on time. Prepared the carpet with plastic. Removed old tank and installed new heater and answered any questions I had. The complete job was completed in a timely fashion and the cleanup was completed to my satisfaction.

I hired Minnick's to come to my house and test the particulants in the air. I really liked the people that came to do the test. I had no heat so called Minnicks. They sent someone to check it out but the rep could not diagnose the problem. They still charged me a $89 service call fee. I have Minnick's come twice a year to maintain my heating and a/c. They are friendly and patient and answer any questions.
I was very satisfied with the service and performance of the Minnick technicians. Several times some confusion developed regarding days and times of service which caused some problems. But they were resolved quickly and the service was done and explained. I have an ongoing service contract now with periodic visits to ensure that the system in properly functioning.
