Very good! I like the free food in the lobby and the speed in which the maintenance fixes problems.

When I first moved into MetroPointe, I was excited because they pulled me in with all of these promises of luxury student living and I was needed to move closer to school ASAP! I soon found that this "luxury living" was not the case.

i like metropointe. i dont see what the problem is. i guess people just like to complain because they screwed up and need someone to blame. if you are a normal person you wont get into unnecessary dramatical situations.

The leasing office is terrible. Before you sign the leade they will tell you everything that you want to hear, but as soon as you get here they deny everything and nothing is like they say.

Couldn't Be Better. The speed at which maintenance responds to anything I've reported so far has been quick and good. The friendliness and disposition of service of one of the security guards that work during the night was very pleasing as well.

Very convenient and safe. I really like how safe I feel here. I love that the guard at the parking deck has to sign everyone in. I also really enjoy the shuttle service. That has saved me hundreds of dollars in parking permits.

I have lived here for a year now and couldn't be happier. The apartment is perfect for any college student. I love being close to campus! I enjoy being able to use all the amenities. The management has been great. You can call them at any time and they will respond immediately. They are willing to work with you on any issue and understanding about any problem that arises.

Starting off with the good aspects of the property. It is fully furnished including washers and dryers and free cable. Each person has thier own individual bathroom. Nice location, good view of the city depending on the room you're in. Full of student diversity from different schools making it a prime atmosphere to meet and mingle with other people. Security into each room is good (no one will...

Do not move here.. it's completely overpriced and the maintenance crew is horrible. My fan fell from the ceiling and was hanging from wires above my bed ( which i could move nowhere else in this small room) and the staff wouldnt come out for days.. when they finally did they took the fan so now I have no light or no fan and its been like that for weeks! This floor stinks because of trash that...

Better than on campus housing. I love the floor plan which allows for your own bedroom and bathroom. The shuttle system is great because it goes not just to your school but Atlantic station and Wal-Mart as well, which ultimately helps you save gas. Also the 24 hour computer lab is great for if you have no computer or want to study conveniently.

The staff is very rude! This place is a price-gougher. Not only that the place is soo ghetto. Move-in at your own risk.

Best living arrangements ever! The staff members are very friendly and fun to talk to.

This is clearly a student housing place. It can get loud, it can get annoying with the fire alarms going off, but that is what makes it fun. You are living with a diverse group of very interesting people.

Worst place to live. Under new management but still a disaster.. they can't get anything right. I lived there and everyone hated it that i knew. Do your self a service and stay as far away from this place as possible. Management cares nothing about your problems, severely uneducated on dealing with any sort of customer service. I would have rather lived in government housing.

I just renewed my lease here and it's not that bad. The people who think MetroPointe is bad are the people actually HAVING the parties and leaving their trash outside! I just renewed my lease here because if you want to live with people close to your age, near school, and furnished your not going to find anything better or cheaper.

Good idea, but needs work. The idea behind these apartments is great! I feel very safe knowing that I'm surrounded by people my age. I also really like the set up of the units. It's very open and you can do a lot with it. Personally, I love my view. I moved from a small town and being able to look out my window every night and see the Atlanta skyline really is nice. It's a constant reminder of...

New company came in last year and spent a ton of money fixing the place up and hired new management. Things got way better! Units are nice and the new gym and pool are sweet. They have awesome events with free food and sweet prizes all the time. Few negatives, but much less than any other place I have lived. I think anyone who lives here will be happy they did.

The management at WestMar micromanages residents to unreasonable extents. New residents and new leases seem to supersede the needs of current residents. However they do offer great amenities.

A good and interesting experience. I like that we can have our own personal space with a bathroom. Also that tenants are only for students who are trying to graduate.

A few words: uber expensive. loud. parties. friends have to pay to park. car alarms. construction still going on. bottom deck of the garage floods when it rains. bass bass and more bass from 8 a.m. till 5 a.m. flyers under the door, in the hallway, on my car. kitchen cabinets already fallig apart. This is seriously a place for freshman or sophomores because mature people do not live like this.

Not bad for what you get. Rent is decent for the location. Decent size rooms, tons of parking, pool is nice. I moved in after the new management took over, can't speak of what metropointe was like, but from what I hear there has been improvement.

So much better than campus. The staff is really friendly and it doesn't feel like I'm missing out on any thing because I'm not on campus. There's a place to study, workout, and relax. WestMar also holds events for the residents so its just great.

I emailed them a question before I moved in about my lease, and they give me a rude response back. I had my computer stolen out of my car, and I didn't know whether it happened in the West Mar parking garage or on campus. So the police man told me he couldn't write a police report because I didn't know where it had happened. The security guards are rude. The management doesn't get back to me...

to tell the truth, metro isnt the best, but is alot better than dorms at a university. The rent is sort of a freaking rip off, but id recommend it to someone, just for one lease, it does get you on your feet if ur from a different city. but its not a place to call home for your whole acedimic career. no security, and alot of shady characters, not bad, but not great transportation. basicly if ur...

i have lived in two other apartment complexes in the area and this one has the best value by far. My washing machine broke a couple months ago and they fixed it the same day. The gym, pool and study lounge are awesome! I can't wait to move back in come August.

The staff are writing all these positive reviews. Dont be fooled, I subleased for May-July 2012 and it was pure hell. The staff are all college students getting half or free rent so the professionalism is NOT there. God forbid you get robbed, youre on your own. There are no cameras in the parking deck and staff will not reimburse you. It always a robbery taking place. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Pretty nice for college apartments. The amenities the apartment offers is really nice. I love the track on top of the parking deck. The view up there is beautiful. The pool area is also nice with the cabanas. I found it relaxing over there. The staff is all really nice as well.

Living at metropointe lofts has been an interesting expierience for me. When I first moved in their was all the freedom that any resident could ask for, but then a new group of residents quickly took advantage of that freedom and turned metropointe into a place were the freedom that was once enjoyed, turned into something bad. But with the new security in place it is once again turning into a...

Are you looking for the worst place to live in Atlanta? You got it! Welcome to Metro Point Lofts. Good: lots of parking lots(which you'll probably won't use if you don't have a car), and private bathroom. Bad: In front of train rails, noise anywhere, crappy apartments, they won't care about your preferences to live with, expensive, management people(new or old) don't care about you! Recently...

My daughter was left lying in the road by a two truck driver from Mid Town towing after she collasped and asked him to call 911. Strangers found her, and thank God, helped her get to the hospital. This tow company contracts with Metro Pointe. Metro Pointe became aware of her emergency, and no one from Metro Pointe contacted her family.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE LACK OF ORGANIZATION I EXPERIENCED. If I had a problem I would report it and it would take them way to long to address it. They put on a good facade with All of their renovations but that place is just candy coated crap. I would describe it as buying a used car that looks nice on the outside but breaks down a month later. One more thing, I was disrespected by the staff,...

First of all, the price is outrageous to be living with mice. There have been over three occasions where we have caught multiples of mice and they just come to set traps and claimed that they sprayed for mice but the next thing you know they are back again. After everytime that we have complained, they still will not move us a rodent free apartment. Instead, they claim to still have sprayed for...

If you value your dignity, don't stay here! There is this gay Alpha who works in the office who is always prissy, and treats you like he is doing you a favor, and not his job--I can't stand him! I lived at the GA Tech dorm before moving here last year. This is way better. The rules can be strict but that's ok by me- I like knowing everybody is treated the same. Pay your rent, respect your neighbor and there's no complaints. Sounds like a bucha cry babies. Grow up!

Noise is a serious problem. People throw parties untill five or six in the morning sometimes. Once bottles were thrown from an apartment window onto the walkway below. I can hear every word of the music played by the apartment above me and yet the staff does nothing. My roomates and I have complained several times to both the "security guard" and the management staff and nothing ever gets done.

I lived here for four months, they charge you a lot for utilities, I hardly used the apartment but I paid a lot for utilities. the noise never stops, music, pool parties, etc. bedrooms are extremely dark. find somewhere else to live.
