I have never been treated worse by any doctor AND THEIR STAFF. Dr. Kurzer was a rude, egomaniac. He treated me badly. His staff was horrible and did not even look up while speaking to me.
Long wait times in office.
Was given follow up appointment. Waited over 1 hour and doctor was not even there. No one attempted to see me or not even called later by doctor to update me of results or apologize. Very unprofessional office.

New to Dr. office and w/out Dr. even meeting me,had me do a urine sample & test to see if bladder emptying correctly. Then, would not give me result of CT test over phone & instead had me come to office 2 days later, collected a 2nd copay, another urine sample and then did another expensive test on me without explaining the financial costs to me.
