Great guys, talk to Mike or Shawn. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and willing to help. They won't rip you off or do extra work beyond what you need. I have had numerous Hondas a Focus and a Jeep and have had all of them repaired at Meineke. On several occasions, I have been able to get them to do stuff for free or very little cost if it turned out to be a very minor repair. Highly recommend!

They took my car that day, looked at it for free and diagnosed it. Then when I didn't have enough to pay for full repairs Shaun went over what needed to be done and what could realistically wait. Mechanics there rock!!

Repeat customer who took my vehicle in for state inspection.

Mechanics informed me that vehicle would not pass state inspection due to a passenger seat that wouldn't lock into place and a headlight that was cracked.

They informed me that they didn't have the parts but suggested where I might get them, and told me they'd be delighted to repair the vehicle once I had the parts.

They charged me for the failed inspection, and repaired and charged me for a fuse.

Based on their diagnosis, I spent over $200 on a new headlight and a replacement passenger seat.

The worst shop one can find! But I realized this too late! I had really bad experience with this place:

1. One of my tire was flat and I drove to there to repair. They told me I must change a new tire. I agreed. Then, one year later when I did alignment at another shop, I was told the size of that tire was wrong and must be changed!

2. This place was my only place for oil change for more than two years because no appointment was needed and they were fast. But one day when I was changing oil at another shop, I was told the valve used to release waste oil had been damaged. And that was...
