bought a powered chair for my 90 yo mother, I asked if medicare could help pay. The attendant said yes, it will pay for the motor, several weeks went by and I returned to store to see when the credit for the cost for motor would be posted. Saleslady told me then that the reimbursement request must be done before purchase therefore I was out of luck. I asked why didn't she tell me then? Her reply was "I did." If she had said it earlier it wouldn't have taken more than several minutes and I could have completed that promptly, so her lack of knowledge and help cost me $400+ so will not buy from there again
They are very rude to customers. Wont go back
BEWARE: RETURN POLICY IS DECEPTIVE. Purchased an ankle brace for son. When went to return it in original package with receipt, was informed that unreturnable because went on foot. Neither receipt nor ankle brace section indicated that item was not returnable. RIP OFF. DO NOT PATRONIZE.
