We went with the high school band and they were very accommodating for 20 people. However the food was very average (imperial crab was delicious though), I was expecting a lot more for the price.

Personally met the manager and explained kindly that my food had been very under cooked he stated he could warm it up in the microwave? I explained to him that we expected more from this restaurant then paying 40 bucks a plate for food that had not bee properly made. Actually sitting in the restaurant writing this. Was recommended however I read all the terrible reviews aa well. I think others sugar coated the experience. Not Recommended!. Neptunes has the worst service I have ever experienced!!!! The waitresses and the manager were extremely rude and very unprofessional.
