This McDonalds is just terrible. They served me raw chicken tenders. Like literally still pink and squishy in the middle. Then when you complain you never get a call back or anything.. Bad customer service all the way.

Tell your cashiers to stop jerking the card out of my hand when the chip reader fails. That is a never do that move. I know how to operate a chip reader. I operate one 5 times a day. I'm never going to this location ever gain.

Close it down nothing seems to work. Employees don't want to come to work. If they have to change something put ice in drink cooler nope it's broke ice cream machine same way. Don't work might have to clean it. Nasty inside is ok people won't come. They can't help you they got morning important things on phone both managers on phone all the time

I have tried several times to give this place a fair amount of time to get their act together. It is poorly run and staffed. The inside is a mess, ice every where near the drink dispenser ( floor hazard) - if you look past...the checkout counter the floor is disgusting. My daughter uses the drive-thru a lot when bringing her son home from BMX races and practice several nights a week. Believe it or not,...they have NEVER gotten her order right,...not even ONCE. Avoid this place like the plague. Even a complete idiot could accidently...get a take-out order right once, but not at this McDonalds.

While some servers are rude or apathetic, I have to say I was shocked at how rude some of the customers here were! The woman in front of me got mad that she couldn't use a coupon that expired.That being said, they could be a little more polite--that's part of the bsuiness they're in.

Order taker very rude to me today when I had to skip the drive up ordering machine to place my order at the window. Told her I thought machine was broke due to the ear piercing beeping noise coming through the speaker. She ignored me and told me it was my fault for not waiting long enough for her to take my order. Wow, see ya!
