I have previously enjoyed the bourbon glazed salmon Sunday - Thursday special dinner. The meal this time was not good. A friend who had the same dinner became ill. The asparagus were the size of trees. Not pleased. The cheesecake was dry and had no taste.
My food was cold. And my mom fries were gressy. But overall everything was great.

The waitress was not that friendly at first. She warmed up and the food was not hot . My husband did not enjoy his steak. I wanted to take him somewhere that was nice. we celebrate a anniversary there before.
Very surprised at limited menu selection or variety. I guess each location is different. Waiters were super nice and very attentive. The meal is one I would prefer to forget (I had sea bass dashi).

Hats off to the staff and management for a wonderful night. My waitress was wonderful and provided excellent service. The management stopped by to say hello. It was obvious that they were on top of everything.

New Year's Eve dinner with parents was made extra special by two managers who checked on us throughout the evening. One manager was helping his wait staff throughout the night moving tables around to accommodate what appeared to be changing guest preferences for seating. Service by waitress great.

It was "All hands on deck" for the management. They were all around, making sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. They made sure that every table was properly prepared before anyone sat down. The service was wonderful. No complaints about the food either.

I would recommend an expanded list of side dishes, especially vegetables. The current sides are limited and are not very appetizing.

The overall friendliness of the staff was pleasant. However not all of the meals came out on time. My 5 year old sons meal came out as the rest of the table finished theirs.
Something has changed in the past couple of years. We used to love M&S, but the food and service quality have suffered terribly. We typically go for dinner Christmas Eve and maybe 4 other times throughout the year. It is now simply an overpriced Red Lobster sort of place.

My girlfriend took me to this place for my 41st birthday. She made reservations, the waitstaff kissed my ass, the food was great and I waddled out of that place with a happy belly. There are times when you get what you pay for. It ain't cheap but your going to have a good time. My only regret is not sitting in a booth with the privacy curtain. A rookie mistake. Just when I thought it would never be good again..... M&S Town Center has redeemed itself with me. The service and food quality had gone downhill, but my recent trip in November '11 was awesome. The fish was fresh and prepared nicely, portions were good and the server was friendly and knowledgeable. Glad I didn't give up on one of my favorite chain restaurants.
