The buying experience was great. My daughter came along to help me with my decisions and we were in and out within 30 minutes. I was also impressed with the delivery service. Delivery was made on time and the delivery personnel were exceptional.

After 5 yrs. of searching we finally just did it and hoped for the best. Jenna helped us narrow down the search rather quickly based on our needs and wants. Settled on a Beautyrest inner spring (Med. firmness) with a nice plush pillow top so our hips and back wouldn't hurt. After 60 days on this mattress I can say, I am happy. No more aches and pains and no more searching.

I purchased a new king size bed, and all the things to go with it and couldnt be more happier. The employee I worked with did all she could to save me money, and everything worked out great in the end. I will return to buy another bed, but hopefully not anytime soon!
Jenna, a Mattress Firm employee, did an AWESOME job of helping me. I went to look for a new mattress for my mother and Jenna did a great job of pointing out the best quality mattress that fit within my budget. Ultimately I was very happy with not just my purchase, but the great service that went along with it. I'd absolutely recommend this Mattress Firm location and employee to anyone.
Walked in not really knowing what to expect. Needed a new mattress to replace an old one, but wasn't looking to spend too much money. The layout was easy to navigate and Jenna did a great job explaining the different beds and helping us find what we were looking for. Fast and easy delivery too! I've already referred a friend!

We went in to replace a 9 year old mattress and had no idea where to start. Jenna was very helpful and patient. The showroom was clean, and our boys were kept busy with lego tables. Couldn't have asked for an easier time buying a mattress!!
Nervous about shopping the "Replace every 8" mattress store as I certainly expected a mattress to last much longer, but was most pleasantly surprised! Mr. Albritton took great care of us. Listened to our desires for no springs, memory foam, and very soft and led us right to four possibilities. No high pressure sales (a blessing!) but he explained the benefits of each of the options and then even offered to beat a competitor's price by 10% on a similar (not identical, like so many businesses offering the option) mattress! My husband and I are very pleased, cannot wait until our mattress is delivered!

Excellent Customer Service. Jenna was our sales lady and she knew what she was talking about. She listened to what we were looking for and what we needed. Made excellent suggestions even sold us on pillows. I gave my refer a friend to someone already who was looking and will continue to send people the this location!!!!
Store atmosphere was pleasant and very clean. Jenna was easy to work with and informative. Haven't received the mattres yet because just purchased Sat. Time will tell once received.
