The employees were friendly and helpful right from the beginning and they helped me through the arduous process of finding the correct pillow for me! I went to the brand new mattress firm in the landstown area. Michael was my sales man and he was GREAT! We went in there to get a bed for my son, he let us try out all the beds and gave great recommendations. The prices were very competitive and the warranties are great. Definitely the go to place when in need of a new mattress!
We purchased a mattress today from the new Mattress Firm that just opened in Landstown Commons. The overall experience was great! We spent about 2 hours deciding on a mattress that would fit for us, and the sales associate Don was very patient and gave us great advice. It was a pressure-free experience unlike other stores that we visited. After all was said and done, we ended up finding the same mattress for a little cheaper and we were able to price match with free delivery. After this experience, I wouldn't consider visiting any other mattress store. I left the store feeling happy about our purchase. Thanks again, Don!
