My normal Starbucks. Baristas are always pleasant and my order is always right. Being that it's in a note the line can get long but they breeze right through it. Only negative would be that it's not a "real" Starbucks so you can't redeem rewards there but you can use them.

Great concept...serving guests of a hotel

This Starbucks is located in the Omni hotel and the service couldn't be more generous or friendly. I am not a fan of coffee but the excellent staff always came up with an enjoyable beverage or snack. I have to rethink my Starbucks doldrums after this wonderful place.

This Starbucks is located in the Omni Richmond hotel. Very convenient. It can be crowded in the early morning, but the staff is very efficient.

They are a "franchise" and make it known when you are trying to apply anything Starbucks related...no bonus stars on your Starbuck's card for anything purchased in their shop. I have been twice out of convenience to my work and both times they somehow forgot my order!

So, so breakfast experience

Friendly staff but I was given an ice cold egg and cheese on a muffin. They made good on their mistake and gave me another one, but to be honest, McDonalds has better breafast food. Stick with drinks and baked goods for breakfast if you eat here. Also, the line for service got really long.

Yeah, it is a Starbuck's. But when everywhere else just sucks and here you get a friendly staff. That is why I love this place, the workers are just awesome!

Being in the lobby of a hotel can sometimes cause a Starbucks to be bogged down, but they did a pretty good job keeping things moving. I had a bagel and half of a breakfast sandwich, plus a coffee of course, and it was all pretty good.

The Starbucks on Cary at the Omni was staffed by two girls( term chosen specifically to reflect their behavior) who were more interested in joking with each other in 'baby talk' than in serving their customers.

We visited the Starbucks located under the wonderful Omni Richmond Hotel. It was a nice Sunday morning to share coffee and newspapers. As always, the Starbucks coffee is an eye-opener, and we sat ourselves in overstuffed chairs near the floor-to-ceiling window. Food and atmosphere were perfect.
