Top notch, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. I wavered about the stars because, being an older building, it's not handicap friendly. The food is tasty, the beer nice and cold and the service is excellent so, atmosphere-wise, I have no complaints Hope to try out one of your lunch specials soon.

The food was very bad they have like for menu options the chicken I ordered was supposed to be hot wasn't had multiple hairs wrapped around the bottom piece. I had my nipples pinched ass grabbed harassed by patrons until the bartender took his shirt off and started playing with his nipple rings. Horrible experience. Do not easy out drink here ever

I had the opportunity to visit MJ's Tavern several times during my recent visit to Norfolk, Virginia. The food was beyond belief,... It was so very good! More than anything, feast on the Mac & Cheese! GREAT specials, too! I also commend the owner for his ability to describe incredibly delicious desserts that were a must for me and my friends!

I don't think the service could get any better, food is good and great times with friends. Mike & John always seem to make everyone feel welcome and special. PS: the brownie with ice cream is big enough for 2. Tuesday all you can eat spaghetti is great.
