I took my car in to sell to them but they gave me a bogus odometer reading showing the car had no valus. the car is a loaded Mercury Premium Martigo. I got 2 other reports off the web with complete history and they showed clean history and all details.
KBB showed car retail at $11,500. While there I was the only person in the show room. This showed me that this was no place to do business. I had bought 2 Lincolns Town Cars from them before when managemnt was superb. I wouldn't buy another new car from them if they sold it to me for cost of processing.
In future, I will take my business to Freedom Lincoln Mercury where customers are treated like family and with respect.
i have bought 2 cars from this dealer,and will never go back again.their service department is terrible,and that richard ramos in finance is a joke !! i only deal with greenbrier.
