Do yourself a favor - never ever EVER buy a washing machine or really any appliance from Lowes. Worst, absolute worst customer service ever. Three 'repairs' and two months later we now have warer leaking through to the first floor

Do not use Lowe's for install work. We used them twice, not again. The contractors were good, but customer service is nonexistent.

Today was my best (and frankly first best) day at Lowes. Usually limited to directions or unavailable to assist. We must have been at this store at least 200x and spent plenty in the last year. Curtis in window treatments was awesome. Best ever! You should be proud to have him as an ambassador.

Brought Christmas decorations at Lowes on Virginia Beach Blvd tonight, got it home and half the lights did not work. Called store for store hours, it said they are open until 10pm. We have had dealings with Lowe's several times in the last week and it's been great. First our microwave then flooring. The guys that came out to install and measure etc were both professional, pleasant and efficient! Very nice men. I am very happy with the results thus far.

I bought a dishwasher back in December which after a couple of months stopped working properly. Since then, for a whole month now, I've been trying to get a new one and so far NOTHING so I've been paying basically for a dishwasher that doesn't work.

I needed a piece of wood cut. The two idiots at the back of the store told me the saw was broken and could only cut horizontally. They tried to convince me they could only cut the wood "in half". I tried to explain that the direction of the cut has nothing to do with the measurement. They insisted it could only be cut "in half" without ever knowing the measurements. Um... Ok.
