Spending over 1000 dollars there means nothing to them. Worst customer service Manger I ever met in my life. She was to busy carrying a kid around the store then to help the customers. Oh and the computer is never wrong and the customer is wrong she told me like 10 times.

I normally prefer shopping at home depot & today I was reminded why. I purchased a Bostich compressor 93 days ago & have used it 3 or 4 times & today it broke. It won't cut off. Not a Recommendation - a Question on store policy:
I was told that told Lowe's no longer will do exchanges, swaps, or store credit if you purchased it with a debit card or credit card...
is this true???
some of my planned purchases are expensive - and I don't want to carry that large of an amount of cash on my person!

THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION!! Once again the "staff" at Lowes N. Military are their typical uselessness. This morning the credit card machines are down - BUT some of the staff at the registers don't even know - and the others don't tell you till you're ready to check out that it's "cash or check" (with their typical snippy attitude).
