there is no respect for the customer, the consumer is the one that has to pay for the mistakes of your company. we placed an order for a grill at a price that was advertised on your website. After a couple of days i called and they said that they had to return it to the store and that they couldn't provide me any answer. 3 days later i had to call again to see what happened with my grill and...

The customer service at this location is terrible. Especially in the garden center. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. At least the people working the registers are. The floor associates are hit and miss. I only go to Lowe's for things I don't find at Home Depot. It's a rare event, but it occasionally happens and every time I do it, I'm reminded of why I prefer to shop across the street at...
