I just left this store and received poor customer service from two cashiers. This Lowes store does is not able to accept all bank cards/ credit cards with chips. It's the only store that I've ever been to that will only allow you to use a card with a chip and you must have a pin. Yet other stores (not Lowes) do not require a pin. The cashiers were short with me and not able to verbally...

I purchased two flowers in pots 2 weeks ago and they are struggling, along with seeds the seeds are thriving but the potted plants really look horrible.

The worst Mother's Day ever thanks to Lowes on Battlefield! Ordered a washing machine to be delivered today between the hours of 1130 and 1330. Called at 1400 they said they were backed up but it was on the truck. Well at 1800 still no washing machine. Called back, the manager says it isn't even on the docket to be delivered!! What? Walked up to 3 different workers and they walked away from me. I was there to buy a new bathroom vanity by myself to suprise my husband. I had to get a flatbead and lift the vanity onto it myself. Got to the register and the guy was on his cell phone and was rude. Went to push the flatbead out and this lady who works there is complaining about doing work and walks slow as hell in front of me....

You have the worst customer service.....Mr. Jeff Starnes on Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, you need to learn to treat people with respect. You suggested that I take my business to Home Depot. Worst Lowe's I've ever been to. If you need help lifting a heavy purchase, don't bother asking for help. Waited for 10 minutes for "help" but ended up lifting heavy items into my vehicle...also, HORRIBLE customer service.

I dread going into this place. It's fine if you already know what you need. Heaven help you if you need any help at all. Get ready for the deer in headlight look when you ask for an opinion or recommendation. The idea of customer service is foreign to the workers that I have come in contact with.
