Mike showed up quickly, used a ball cock to replace my faucet. A upgrade per a previous plumbers quote. No charge to come out to give a estimate, most plumbers want $75.00 plus. I Wil use Mike again.

Replaces my front spigot on my home. He also upgraded it to a brass ballvsulve ball spigot.

He came quickly, gave me a good price . Very helpful in talking about other plumbing concerns. Most of all he came to ck the job with no charge unlike most others who do.

Mike is great! Even came on Sunday at no extra charge. Fixed the outside faucet in just a matter of minutes; tested it to make certain it worked properly; and cleaned up afterward. Mike was outstanding, he told me upfront how much it cost to fix my plumbing issues and offered his recommendations. He did the work the same day cost was within reason and with quality which is what I was looking for. I will use him again and again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Plumber quoted price for 3 jobs, did 2, and charged for 3. Charged $200 an hour for the work. Totally disgusted. Would never let him back in my house.

Arrived later than expected. Had a jagged area where you open the van door. It cut my hand, which bled badly. This should NOT have been there. Made it a bad experience.

Plumber got into the over all project. He started working on all kinds of things that did not concern him, even though I asked him not to. He kept ripping thing apart and would not listen to me telling him to stop. He just kept making more unnecessary work for himself. He cut one pipe too short and kept fighting with it until he got.
