Have experience good customer service with Lincoln here and with our first house. They are all very nice. However, the vacant units here at queens way are very poorly maintained. We were given a roach infested house. Lived here less than two weeks and they already have to bug bomb the house. So here we are repacking all our stuff to prepare for that. I think Lincoln Military Housing is pretty sorry. My daughter and her family just moved up there and the air conditioner does not work. They are so miserable they can't sleep and don't feel like eating cause it's so hot! I bet the office feels real nice. But it's 80 something in my daughters house. I am so mad. She calls me crying. They take your money and provide you with the worst maintenance ever power goes at and you call the power company and they didn't even know the power was out in the area and if you need anything fixed you gotta wait a week + to get it fix
