Help us make it rightCalled a work order in because my furnace wasn't working. Maintenance was at my house less than 2 hours. I was upstairs and didn't hear the doorbell ring. Usually he would just leave and leave a "missed you" notice on my door. But this time he gave me a courtesy call because I have a D.N.E request. He even stayed a couple of minutes over to make sure it didn't go back out. I appreciate that....
Put in a request over the weekend for a broken fan in one of the upstairs bathrooms, had a technician, Cameron, over today, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He replaced the fan for us, and we're very thankful for the fast response, would highly recommend this technician.
The worker Deon has come by and fixed our hot water..It's gone out about 3 times so far and he said he would talk to his supervisor on what else can be done. He was very friendly and informative on why this happens and how it's fixed. I highly recommend him if you need anything fixed.
Made a call to maintenance yesterday for vinyl in our bathrooms to be replaced and a leak to be fixed. They were out here at 9am and very friendly and worked very fast. Shout out especially to Cameron, who is always so nice and fast at fixing problems! Nothing better than having maintenance that you trust to do a great job. ���
The housing is NOT worth the BAH. Homes are small, bedrooms are even smaller. The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, yes that everything, you neighbors are doing. You can hear them peeing and kids screaming for God's sake. Houses are on top of each other, cars and kids everywhere! And if you have a maintaince issue you better fix it yourself because you will NEVER see them. Worst 7...
Gela Point. I read the reviews before I moved in. I thought there will always be a few bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy. Day 1 moving in leak from the water cooler all over the hallway while movers are trying to move things in. Day 2 leak from above the stove in kitchen. Maintenance comes and assess the situation. Hey friends tried to post on the wall but I guess they screen them. Found two dogs this morning. A saint Bernard and black lab mix. Please contact me if they're yours or you know where their home is. They're in my back yard with plenty of water so they're safe, but don't want to call animal control if it's someone's in here. Thanks guys.
Communication between the staff and residents is absolutely horrible. If you are going to call a resident and say that something is going to be done, stay true to your word and do it. Don't tell us what you think we want to hear just for satisfaction.
I have been so pleased with all of the maintenance persons who have been to my house for many small fixes. Today Cameron came out and replaced my filters, unclogged a sink and fixed a broken toilet roll holder. He was very professional, as are all of the persons who have come to my home. He was prompt, polite and even interacted with my children. It made for a very comfortable and pleasant...
I wanted to thank the maintenence techs for doing a great job, but one in particular was sent out to my home to follow up on request that I had put in a day or two before.
