Very simply an enjoyable experience not commonly found while car buying. I drove over 9 hours to buy the vehicle that I wanted after talking with Michael and the guys over the phone. I received top dollar for my trade sight-unseen. The dealer was an honest, upfront and professional place that I will gladly do business with again should the situation arise. Well, I can say is this was the best car buying experience I've had... I had to drive 250 miles to get there which was a pain but not their fault. I called and asked if they would hold the car until I got there and they didn't sell it. So a good start. We had our paperwork in order so when I got there I got the transaction complete in about 30 - 45 minutes. Car seems to be in excellent shape...

I used to be a loyal Lewisville Mitsu customer. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from this place and referred a number of other people to them. My fiance went in to purchase a new car, and while they were trying to work a deal with the banks, we offered to put a good chunk of change down, but not all at once. For all of you Lewisville Autoplex customers who are so pleased with the great deal you got from them...... go back and look at your paperwork and see if you paid for the VIN etching that you didn't ask for and also see if you paid the dealer inventory tax that they are required to pay the county, but they slide the fee in the contract and say you have to pay it. And I hope you didn't buy the extended warranty that they offer, because you can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere. They also advertise ""Satisfaction Guaranteed"" on all of their cars and it isn't worth the paper it's written on....
