I had a great experience buying my road bike at my local Eriks. They really listened to my needs and didn't shove a bike down my throat. I didn't have a lot to spend and they still gave me A+ service!

I agree with the previous poster.
I re-string my tennis racket earlier this summer, but after less than a month (about 2-3 times playing tennis with friends at the Michigan lake), the string broke.
I came over to the store, and they told me that they need to redo the whole thing and asking for a full payment like last time.
I thought that racket string supposed to last at least a year (definitely not 1 month or less).
I'm an average sized guy. I don't think that I can smash tennis ball that hard.

I re-strung my racket at Les Moise, took them 2 weeks to finish it because of they ran out of string. Then, after the first time playing with that racket, the string SNAPPED again. IT DIDN'T EVEN LAST 15 MINUTES !!!. fyi, I payed $28 for it.
Next day I came back to explain what happened and ask for a ""free"" replacement, they told me that the string was snapped ""unnaturally"" and refused to give me any kind of replacement (Well.... they did offer me 50% off for re-strung...but I don't think I'm that stupid to waste $14 + tax for 15 minutes of string life)
