Pretty cool place as the other reviewer describes. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really nice and very helpful. It is pretty much two separate businesses; one side hookah lounge, next door a hookah smoke shop. They have plenty of flavors and even a small selection of cigars. Nice to have so I don't have to drive far to pick up some stogies.

If you are 18-21 years old and don't care if you spend your parents money on smoking, this is your place. It's dirty, dark, and sadly overcrowded. Best hookah lounge in all of Norfolk for hookah sessions and retail needs!! Been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is awesome and know exactly what they are talking...

This place blows chunks. Everyone is stuck up and mean. I asked the people working to play #basedgod thirty times and didnt. Stay away from this place. Plus its smells like smoke.

Juice bar only, no alcohol. I'm not into the Hookah experience, but you'd figure that a place like this would have at least a beer licence... they don't.
