I'm very pleased with my experience with them. I only had 1 issue. They made a mistake and closed my sons account...they opened a new one and all was well again. I look forward to a lifetime banking relationship with them.

I've banked with LFCU since 1996 and I've never had issues. My mother has banked here since the mid 80s and also has never had issues. This is be my bank for life.
Langley has been so good to us for over 15 years. They are constantly letting us know of ways we can save or make money with them! Employees are courteous, kind and always looking for a way to help. I highly recommend using their online banking because you have access to your accounts 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Thanks, LFCU!
I can't say enough about my recent experience with LFCU. This past weekend my husbands credit card was skimmed and that person went on a shopping spree. We called Saturday night (as soon as we noticed it) and reported it and the card had already had been closed down by Langley. Literally the worst bank ever. Customer service has definitely went down over the years. Some of the representative are down right rude and give incorrect information. Will be closing my account asap.
I love Langley. I haven't had a bad experience with them so far. I go inside instead of using the ATM because their tellers are always so nice and helpful, and they keep me informed of their promotions and drawings. I just picked up Langley Easter baskets for my boys today.

Most every time I go to your Richmond Rd location in Williamsburg Virginia that there is usually only one person working. The inside customers get backed up as well as the outside drive-through line. What is the deal???? Not happy.
Don't open an account here if you are trying to rebuild credit.. I can't even deposit my paycheck. Who wants an account that only accepts cash. I'll stick with navy federal. They don't charge me anything to have an account and I can deposit anything I want

This is the worst bank on earth. I've been on hold waiting for someone in customer service for 40+ minutes
And counting. Every month I pay online with my member number and suddenly today you need the loan number instead. They tell you to call customer service, yet I've been waiting and waiting and waiting. I'll never use this bank again.

I'm over 50 years old and used to accompany my mother to LFCU when the loan officer had an office in his garage located in Poquoson, VA. I was probably 10 years old then...I've been with LFCU for over 30 years! All of my loans have been with them, except my mortgage. I love Langley! They've proven themselves to me and my mom and we've enjoyed a long partnership!
Horrible business practices, deliberately giving misinformation. Was going to contact the BBB but they are not accredited, so I will be contacting the federal reserve if this matter is not resolved immediately.

From good to bad with a simple transaction... 10 dewy hold on a check from another local bank. Seriously? It is 2015 right? Would a simple phone call to the bank of the check suffice? And after a fuss, you agree to a 4 day hold? We have an auto loan with this bank and in 3 years it has been nothing but mistake after mistake. Once our loan is done I will never do any business with this bank again and my advise to anyone considering using them is don't do it!!! The incompetence is like nothing I have ever experienced.

They are so far the absolute worst at handling fraudulant activity.
You website is terrible. Every time I try to log on and pay the bill it locks me out and I have to call to get my account unlocked and password reset. Not user friendly at all and very frustrating.

I feel discriminated against and I demand this be address. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. I applied for a personal loan back in February, was denied because I have no secured accounts. Horrible-went through a fiasco with trying to get a mortgage loan approved with them after just completed a mortgage purchase in 2013 that went smoothly. Don't expect any returned phone calls from these people. I almost lost my contract due to these people. Don't boher!
