I always book this La Quinta when I visit family in Richmond. The room is super clean and everything works. The beds are the best for this price range hotel with plenty of pillows and an excellent mattress.

I have stayed here several times, while visiting my dog's specialty vets. The staff has always been kind and accommodating, and welcoming to my dogs, whether I bring one or two. Stuff happens and hotels must take down time to do maintenance however when the plan for such changes to disconnect water from 9-4 happen you must next notify staff and the staff could do more than slip a paper under the door before you arrive for your stay.
