The entire staff is super friendly! Everyone says hi to me & we chit chat about our lives since my last visit. And my hygienists, Kim and Grace, are so patient with me and they stop every couple of minutes to make sure I'm still okay and not in pain.
This is a horrible place for the following reasons:
1. The playground equipment seen in advertisements is broken and unavailable to children. If it were available, I've seen better equipment on the Southside slums of Chicago.
2. The children are separated from their parents during medical treatment, tied down (papoose) and drugged (gassed) without parent's notification first.
