Excellent visit Have some issues with my teeth and my hygenist was very sensitive to my needs. I appreciate her caring for her patients. Dr Sabatelle is professional and a joy to chat with. They both make you feel welcome. The check out with Jackie was very good and although I couldn't get an appointment within the week I wanted I was still able to find a time that should work with my schedule....

I thought the music was too loud in the reception area.
Dr. Sabatelle was great, as was the hygienist, however I found the clerical staff to be somewhat disorganized and not particularly friendly. Thankfully Dr. Sabatelle is so nice and knowledgeable that he made up for it and I will continue to go there.
As always it was a wonderful visit. Thank you and I will see you all in December.
The office accommodated some of my schedule difficulty very well. Cleaning was done diligently and sensitively; images updated as needed, clearly visible and well explained; Dr. O's follow-on check was incisive and validated what his staff member had seen and concluded. All was well facilitated. Just wish it all cost less (I suspect that their rates are "reasonable," i.e. competitive).

I chose to receive care from Doctors Osofsky, Sabatelle & Patel based on the excellent reviews I had read on line. I was not let down in the least. Very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable from the time you walk into the waiting room until the time you leave.

I was scheduled for repair to one tooth but between the scheduling and the day of the actual appt, I broke another. They (Dr Sabatelle and Monnie)were able to take care of both teeth during the appt. I really appreciated their willingness to do this.
Dr Sabatelle did a super job of taking care of a couple of cavities.
The office sent me a barrage of reminders, so I couldn't have forgotten my appointment, even if I'd tried! They were very nice and easy to work with, and when I had finished my comprehensive exam and came out to schedule a cleaning with the receptionist, they fit me in for a cleaning immediately afterwards!

They were aware of my fear of the dentist and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They worked with me to make a plan to help me trust them with dental work. Also they were able to schedule my cleaning that day.

The care was wonderful, but the cost is very high.
Dr Sabatelle, Monnie and Renee were great. Renee had to rescheule 4 appointments for me and did so without complaining and was extremely helpful.
The work is good, the wait is minimal, the prices a touch high but not so high insurance won't cover it.They lost at least 1/2 a star because the clock in the waiting room -- which they all look at when you enter to see if you're late -- ALWAYS is set too fast. Always. This is irritating.

Since Dr Kmon has left, prices have risen each time I have an appointment. A cleaning and quick check by the dentist has gone from $142 in Aug 2010 to $161 in May 2012. I am seriously looking at changing my dental services. The hygenist is wonderfull and always has been, but these prices are becoming unaffordable.
As usual, I am very pleased with my experience. This visit was for a crown and a filling. Mindy and Dr. Sabatelle provide wonderful service, and even have me laughing in the middle of the procedures. I highly recommend them!
I always find my visits to Osofsky, Sabatelle, and Patel to be a great experience - something that most people don't say after visiting the dentist! Everyone in friendly, polite, and very professional, providing great service in a very timely manner.

You were able to fit me in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment as my previous doctor's appointment as Dartmouth ended earlier than expected. Cleaning was on-time. Tracey was wonderful. Dr Patel visited, checked my teeth, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant!

Dr Patel and Fabian were great as uaual! Long time Dr. Kmon patient, but the transition to Dr. Patel couldn't have been handled better.

Dr. Patel and his staff are very caring and patient. My son can be a difficult patient, but Dr. Patel puts him at ease by taking the time to explain everything and letting him know what is about to happen.

I have to say that I have never met a more consistently friendly dental group! I am always met with friendly genuine smiles and greetings. My hygenist is the best and so is Dr. Sabatelle!
