I just wanted to say that Melissa at the Kempsville store is a awesome store manager. She drove around at 4 a.m in the morning to pick up items at multiple stores to make sure my kids had a Merry Christmas. I love people that go above and beyond to make things happen. I love Kmart but am VERY DISAPPOINTED to earn fuel rewards that cannot be used by the branded gas stations issued to. I understand that most of the Sunocos do not accept the coupon and find this to be in very poor taste I hope when I return in October you guys get this problem fixed by either contracting with another oil company or getting all Sunocos on board. Good store; however, there is no such thing as get in, get out when it comes to checking out at the registers!!! Hire more cashiers....there is ALWAYS a line and it frustrates the average customer.

This store has not improved in many years and continues to decline. Organization is nonexistent, customer service is worst I've seen and the store is filthy with poor lighting. I rarely find what I'm shooping for and the checkout is always bad experience: I get overcharged & the cashiers are poorly trained. Other Kmart stores are worth the drive.
