I just had an interview at this Kmart location yesterday and I'm proud to announce you now have a happy future cashier in me. Kmart has been an important part of my life and I'm so glad I'll now be a part in growing the company!!

I shop weekly because of convenience but was very disappointed when I brought back a defective shirt. They wouldn't refund it because it was past 90 days. I bought it at end-of-season sale and only now wore it. Since the sewing was near the seam, it was difficult to see! Not very nice for faithful customers Kmart!

Kmart isn't the best store to begin with, they all seem like there is no real management, but the Hampton location is the absolute worst! The employees are lazy and when you ask for help they act like you're asking for a million dollars. There is a complete lack of structure. Finding someone to help you is a chore and they all seem clueless anyway. I hate shopping here and avoid it at all costs.

Something needs to be done with your Hampton location. I have lived in Hampton for over 20 years and this is the only store that looks like it's regressing instead of progressing. The parking lot is awful. The lines in the parking lot are not even visible anymore, so people just park where they want. If management and Sears took some pride in this location, then, perhaps it would be competitive...

Love the location. Hate the parking lot. No lines painted the road looks like it's been there since the store was built. Trash everywhere not enough lighting. Then you go in and there is great sections of things people are great and you can see very well inside.

Customer service an unknown term

Tried three times to call store to see if it carried some merchandise advertised in Sunday paper. Never could get the department to pick up telephone to ask about merchandise. Tried to talk to a manager, but he/she never picked up phone. I was finally disconnected. Things like this are reasons Wal-mart is destroying K-mart.
