I appreciate quality workmanship in a timely manner; which is why I did not consider lowes or home depot. Rob was completely accommodating regarding some atypical design choices that I made. These people have no customer service skills in the long run and they will say and do anything to get your business. After that you are on your own. They will lie or withhold valuable information from you just to sell you something even if it is the wrong something then you are stuck paying for the junk they oversold to you.
