Apologies--first review was an error.
Absolutely horrendous. The only edible part of our dinner were the egg rolls, and those were mediocre at best. Everything was bland. No spice. No flavor. A pack of Ramen Noodles has more going for...
As a Jersey girl, I grew up loving these types of casual take out restaurants. Leaving the tri-state, I've often found these fast "Chinese" food places are just even more greasy versions of the...
This was my first time at Kin's Wok. When entering the restaurant, I had to swat a few flies out of my face. Hmmmm... why didn't I take that as a hint and leave?! (`ー´) I ordered their...
In our house, it's almost mandatory that we have Chinese about once a month. General tso's combination with white rice. Always. Sometimes when I want to change things up, I'll order a subgum...
With all the rave reviews im reading, im beginning to think that we went on an off night. Everything was bland, the bbq ribs were dry, and the mongolian beef tasted like it was cooked with cigarettes. The only bright spot was the brocoli which was fresh, bright green and perfectly cooked.
Good for take out. Kin's Wok is the best Chinese carry out in Norfolk. My only gripe is that some dishes will inexplicably be very greasy some days, and just fine on another. They could use some consistency.
Had to think this one over. I used to order from Kin's Wok all the time. But recently, service has declined (waiting 2 hours for a damn delivery order, overcooked food, greasy food (I mean tablespoons of grease dripping off it)), and flavor overall has declined. China Ocean reopened, so that's good enough for me!
Meh.... It is overrated for the most part. Like other reviewers, I was hoping for better Chinese take-out because the rest is pretty bad. The only dish I like is the crispy chicken, or something like that. And that's only when I'm in the mood for some deep-fried greasy goodness. The other dishes I've tried have been no better than any of the other Chinese take-out places on every corner. Oh...
Predictably awesome!. It's been several years since I frequented Kin's Wok (at a minimum of twice weekly for lunch). Moving my job and my home to Virginia Beach put a major damper on my chinese consumption.
I love this place the food is great. I use to work down the street from them and i went there every break.
Best Chinese food in Norfolk. My office orders from there every Friday. Everyone loves them. Only downside is they only take cash. Food is still great.
This is the best chinese food ever! You can't beat the food and the prices are great.
food is good and there is alot for the money but tends to be a little greasy
Kin's Wok's a very good chinese food restaurant. The food is always out to you in a very timely manner. The prices are good and the food is good.
My first experience at Kin's Wok was excellent. I like how the lady who calls out your name always gives the orders out with a pleasant smile. I like how clean everything was I was rather impressed.
this placce has good food great sweet tea and wonderful eggrolls
If you want quick, fresh, delicious chinese food, go to Kin's Wok. The prices are extremely reasonable, and since the tax is included, what you see is what you are charged.
