The entrance to the unit was awful. They locked us out t 9:30 while we were loading the car and we had to go to t h e desk to get back in for the rest of our belongings. Not fun!

Very nice and private
Great place for large families or groups of families to stay near Busch gardens and colonial Williamsburg. The cottage unit was actually 2 separate units (1BR and 2BR) but when we reserved for a 3 bedroom we were given the whole house. It was perfect for our extended family to spread out.
Everything was fine until we were kept for 2 hours following our stay to try to talk us into buying a timeshare
Have stayed here many times, through my timeshare and on my own. Location is amazing, right next door to Water Country and 7 minutes from Busch Gardens. Super spacious apartments with every convenience. Will be back again!
I was expecting a lot more for the money spent…$1000 for 4 nights, with no cleaning service, a very squeaky noisy bed and a ridiculous charge if you asked for extra towels…really? What a disappointing shame as my family and I would never visit this "Resort" again.

Very well maintained grounds with clean, comfortable cabins. Centrally located, so easy to visit surrounding area.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear someone talk in the room next to you. The matress was old and lumpy. We had to turn it just to survive. The couch was the same. Poor quality. There were centipedes in the bathrooms. Ugh!

The one bedroom cottage was very spacious for us. We all loved the layout. The spa tub was an excellent way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only complaint was that the games in the game room were not free for guest and they are only car racing games at that.
The facilities were updated with very nice amenities and very clean. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had or any concerns. There was no pressure to purchase any time shares, which was a nice change from other places we have stayed at in the area. We will certainly stay there again in the future.
