How We Got Started
We started in this industry in 1993.
We describe our business as Family owned and operated
Tim's team was efficient and friendly. His company was quick to respond to my service request and communicated very well with me over the course of the day.
At the end of the day, my sprinkler system was functioning better than it had it years. I would absolutely hire them again for any future sprinkler work!

The owner was professional and willing to spend time to discuss his opinion on the project. What he said he would do was not accomplished by his workers. The owner departed the job site and the workers did what they felt needed to be done. One of the directions to the lead worker from the owner was to align the well pump to the outlet pipe. They were right on the promised time, went to work quickly and professionally. I'm 98% happy with the work done. I had no problem with $130/hour for the two workers -- they were excellent. Charging me $365 for $100 worth of replacement sprinkler heads seems a bit too pricey. I don't plan to use them again.

I was very pleased with the work accomplished by Johnston's Groundwater and Geothermal Inc. I had them activate my lawn sprinkler system. They were on time to conduct the service and repaired/replaced sprinkler heads as required. I would definitely recommend this company to others who require this service and will use them to winterize my system this coming fall.

Pleased enough by the work on the pump that I subsequently used Johnston to put in an irrigation/sprinkler system. Work began on a handshake and was started on time, completed on time, and works just like it is supposed to.
