I'm surprised by the scores and reviews for JBPH. We have used them twice over the last couple of years, and they've been very professional. I'm no expert, but their rates have always seemed fair to me.

We called after 9 pm on a Thursday night with a broken hot water heater which another company had failed to fix or replace over 5 days. My first time using them, very professional, diagnosed the problem, performed the necessary repairs, very neat. I would definitely recommend them. I am going to use them again to service my boiler.

8/10/06 ¿ spoke to John Barry. He said video monitor cost about $XXX but it wouldn¿t really help in our case because you can't tell which way the camera is pointed without a locator. He referred 2 companies to me that would have the equipment for the job. Even though I didn't use him I gave him 5 stars because he went out of his way to give advice.
